The 2019 50m Pistol Championship was held at the Denwood Range in Aberdeen on Saturday 24 August 2019. The weather in Aberdeen was dry and warm, and lead to good conditions for shooting. The targets also decided to behave this year.
We had 5 competitors shooting in the competition. At the end of the 60 shot qualification Alan Goodall was leading the way on 527, from David Owen (516) and in 3rd place Nick Pye (501).
As there were only 5 competitor, everyone got to shoot in the final. At the end of the final Nick Pye came out on top with 213.6 with Alan Goodall on 211.7, 3rd place went to David Owen.
