2023 50m Grand Prix 5 Results
2 and 3 September
Plus End of Series Winners
The GP5 weekend took place at the Alloa range on 2nd and 3rd September 2023. The weather was very kind with it staying dry all weekend.
3P Grand Prix 5
The 3P was on Saturday and the only competitor was Bobby Spence. He shot the qualification with a score of 545, which was 9 points better than last weekend.
This meant that Bobby gained 12 more points and ensured that he won the 2023 3P series.
Prone Grand Prix 4
On Sunday, the Prone GP took place and there were 20 competitors with a few new faces,

As there were 10 athletes in C&D and 10 in A&B everyone progressed to the next stage.
In the C&D Final:

In the A&B Final:
The A&B final was a close run thing. It was surprising that there were no shoot-offs since there were quite often ties during the final.
In the end the results were as follows :
1st Kirsty Scott
2nd Bobby Spence
3rd Chris Stirling
With 9 points for 2nd place, Bobby Spence secured the 2023 A&B Prone series to add to his 3P series from Saturday.
