The refurbished range at Cumberland News RC, Carlisle was the venue for the latest Air Rifle Grand Prix, held on Saturday, 14 January.
The use of electronic targets attracted entries from the Scottish Junior Squad as well as shooters from the North of England. In the qualifying round, Lizzie Gould, Buxton was top scorer on 606.9 but the performance of the day was a personal best from Craig Dickson, Alloa. The new style Olympic final saw Rachel Glover, Easingwold as top shot and Vikki Walls, now extending her lead at the top of the Grand Prix Series.
